This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students struggle with fine motor skills and need lots of fun opportunities to practice and improve their fine motor skills beyond traditional worksheets and writing. Simple and fun art projects will give my students more opportunities to be creative while practicing essential skills needed to thrive within their daily lives. The use of spring loaded scissors will allow students to practice their cutting skills with less frustration and more success. The golf sized pencils help students grasp pencils with the proper grip while engaging in fun directed drawing activities. My students and I look forward to having more art supplies in our classroom!
