This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Fourth grade students love to express themselves. These young students have a lot to say about the world they love in and love to take a stand to defend their ideas and beliefs. My fourth graders are passionate, creative, and ambitious. However, sometimes they run out of supplies or forget to bring them!
For students who may have difficulty expressing themselves through written language, art is definitely a way for them to express themselves, both individually and collaboratively.
The supplies I am requesting, bulletin board paper, pencils, pens, tape and decorations will be used by the students in all subjects areas daily to enhance and supplement our learning.
