Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I’m requesting three $100 Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT) gift cards to purchase art lessons that celebrate diversity, culture, and social justice, especially ones that reflect the voices and stories of the Hispanic community.
Most of my students come from Hispanic backgrounds, and I want them to see their culture, history, and experiences reflected in the art we create.
These resources will help me teach meaningful, culturally responsive lessons that build pride, creativity, and a deeper understanding of justice and identity.
With your support, my students can express who they are, where they come from, and what they believe in—through the power of art.
