My Project

Help our unit restock art supplies! We are in need of new art supplies to help our special kids grow and learn. They are working on color recognition, shapes, fine motor and creativity!

It has been proven that art promotes sensory and emotional regulation as well as self expression.

Our population is made up of primarily students that are non-verbal and English Language Learners who are learning to express and regulate themselves.

Art is a good way to both regulate emotions and express thoughts or feelings. We incorporate art projects as often as we can in our curriculum.
