This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
If our project is funded my students would get the awesome opportunity to explore and experience with some high quality art supplies, that we wouldn't other wise had the opportunity to have in our classroom. Students need opportunities to explore and express themselves in a creative way. Many don't get the opportunities to make things with their hands.
Receiving this supplies will give us the opportunity to create some mix media art pieces and learning new techniques with the different art materials.
For example oil pastel drawings and watercolor paintings.
