Help me give my students a space to store their art work with a drying rack that will keep their creations off the floor and prevent them from getting stepped on or sticking together.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students come from a predominantly low-income school located in Santa Ana, California. A large population of our school consists of ELL students who come from immigrant families. These students do not speak English at home and often times their parents speak very limited English.
The early years are some of the most crucial years in a child's education.
As a TK/Kindergarten/first grade student, it is especially important to begin building a strong foundation for school. Our focus is on creating a comfortable and safe environment for students to thrive.
My Project
In the primary grades, art is such an important part of school, but is often forgotten about. In our classroom, we are making an effort to include more art in the day. My students need a drying rack to be able to place their art in a safe space while it is still drying. Currently, we place our projects on the floor while they dry, but they often are stepped on and ruined.
Bringing a drying rack into the classroom will help ensure that all of our beautiful art creations stay in perfect condition while they are drying.
This will eliminate the fear that projects will be stepped on and ruined before they are finished. It will also clear up floor space so that we can roam more freely around the classroom. With a drying rack, we will be able to create more art projects that make primary grades more enjoyable and help our learning come to life.
