My Project
A classroom carpet helps keep your room organized in several ways, especially in an art room where structure and flow are crucial. Here's how:
Defining spaces- giving clear spaces for different activities
Supports routine- You can assign spots or let them gather in consistent patterns.
Reduces clutter- By having a central gathering place, materials tend to stay localized. Instead of students spreading out randomly, they have a consistent spot
Supports behavior management. A rug can act as a calming space, helping students reset during overstimulation or transitions, which contributes to smoother classroom flow
