Our smart and engaging students are interested in expanded opportunities. They want to explore their ideas with hands-on projects that allow them to develop and solve problems in a way that reflects the nature of such context in real life. Our students only see possibilities in the world despite the many obstacles they face outside the classroom. Our students are bright, engaging, clever and believe in themselves. As their teacher, I am committed to providing them with unlimited opportunities to have fun.
My Project
My students sometimes need a little visual inspiration to help them create. Having a diverse collection of books available in my room for my students to look at is important and we already have a plan for these creative art inspired books. We just need your help in acquiring them!
Having books related to the many artists and topics we learn about with our projects, is crucial to reaching the multiple intelligences within our classroom.
Books help us expand on the concepts and ideas we talk about in our lessons. Having stories and visual references accompany our different projects, will help students paint a brighter picture in their minds of our subject. Books will be incorporated into lessons and can be explored by students who finish their work early or have missed a lesson the previous day.
