Are We Scientists or Mathematicians? How About Both!

Help me give my students more science and math materials and lap desks. I also need a projector for my classroom to display materials on the smartboard.

My Project

My students love science, but our materials have to be returned every marking period. I would love to start building our own stash of science supplies so we can keep using them year-round!

As for math, my students during the pandemic struggled coming to third with basic mathematical understanding, and these materials along with those I already have will help me bridge the academic gaps so they are ready for fourth!

Our school has 1 to 1 technology, but since I offer flex seating, they often like using the cushions, pillows, and stadium seats. They are not as comfortable working with laptops or in their workbooks, so I would like to start getting lap desks for them so they can be comfortable while working.

Since we are back to in-person, I would love to have a document camera so I can use the same assignments and materials the students have. I would display on the smartboard so I don’t have to walk around holding materials up, and this saves time at the copier.
