Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
We are a STEM-based charter school in Naples, Florida with 74% of our students receiving free or reduced-price lunches. The families we serve really want what is best for their kids and trust me as their teacher to help make those decisions. The students in my classroom are very loving and caring individuals.

My students are passionate, eccentric, beautiful, intelligent, and all-around amazing. When you look into their eyes, you know that they are eager to consume knowledge. These students appreciate each and every day that they spend in the classroom because they know that they are going to use their minds in the most creative and innovative ways possible.
My Project
Our school is a STEM-based school and because of this, we are always trying to find ways to include technology into every classroom and subject. Having this iPad in my classroom will be a tremendous help in providing differentiated instruction and gathering crucial data about my students’ progress.
During this time of uncertainty, I want to make sure my students have the best technology to grow academically no matter where they are doing their learning!
I will be able to use the iPad for virtual learning using Google Meet! Additionally, my students will be able to use the technology to go to educational programs such as i-Ready reading and math, Starfall, ABCya, National Geographic for kids, Reflex Math, and many other amazing applications. All of these apps will target the specific needs of my children in an interactive and engaging way. The iPad case will ensure that our iPad is safe and have a long life to benefit many children in the upcoming years.
