My Project

These supplies are for my AP Biology students. I want to my students to present their lab results to their peers as they would in a scientific symposium in college. These supplies will help them prepare colorful analyses of their data to present to the class. This format will allow their peers will view their posters in a "Gallery Walk" and be able to leave meaningful feedback directly on their posters. Gallery Walk poster sessions are a powerful tool for peer analysis, critical scientific review and allow students to engage in meaningful conversations.

I started to do portfolio and project based assessments.

The locked file cabinet is needed to secure our work. I work in an overcrowded school and share a classroom with 3 other teachers with non-science run classes in my classroom. It’s unfortunate but our materials and lab experiments cannot be left out. I need a place to lock up our portfolio work.
