My Project
These Items are all about creating. The 3D Printer and accessories will be used to create items for students, such as fidgets, incentives, puzzles, manipulatives, counters, and so much more! I'm excited to teach students some very basics of creating a print and the process it goes through to become a reality.
My goal of this project is to inspire.
I want to inspire my students to dream big and create things they've never thought possible. As a special Education Teacher, I work with a variety of students with a variety of needs.
Some students benefit from hearing protection to help with louder times of day at recess, cafeteria, and assemblies; others benefit from pencil toppers to chew on when anxious, and others need breaks in their day with a break box (stress balls) as well as the incentive of a prize box. All of these items will help encourage my students to reach for things they may have never thought possible.
My students are special because of how generous they are. They are always thinking of others and what they can do to help when they're able. They inspire me each and every day, I hope I can inspire them with this project.
