This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are a bunch of fun, silly, and curious kids. They love science. And, they get excited when we get a chance to create and build in STEM class. In my STEM class, my goal is to make my students become real world problem solvers. I will introduce a problem through a reading and then give students activities that will push them to design and/or build models that create solutions to them.
The materials I am asking for are kits that will push my students' thinking and creativity to the next level.
I'm hoping that my students' love of science and engineering continues to grow and that my students become interested in science and engineering careers.
