Technology and Anti-Racism!
Our school is actively involved in anti-racist education practices.
We serve a mixture of students from the neighborhood, and many students on the autism spectrum. They are curious, creative, and bright kids.
Our entire fourth grade will be reading Stamped from the Beginning as a read-aloud. Having the book in hand will be an advantage to our students who struggle with reading. They will be able to focus on the printed words as the book is being read, which will help their ability to process the information.
The a Wireless 8MP Document Camera and Wireless Lavalier Microphones is intended to help our students by providing them with ways to demonstrate and share their work and to create video projects as an alternative to written assessments.
