My Project
Building relational capacity is a priority in my classroom. We occasionally have "Fun Fridays" to team build in a low-stakes environment. Our Fun Fridays allow students to get to know each other, communicate effectively and appropriately, as well as compete and be humble winners.
My students are an awesome bunch, but the increase in technology and recovery from COVID isolation has impacted many of their social skills; this project will allow students to build their relational capacity in a fun way--by playing games such as with the flying discs.
The embroidery floss will allow my creators to make friendship bracelets, the model cars will allow my builders to make, the rock kit will entertain my artist and the mandalas and coaster set will allow my crafters to create.
