Another Finch for the Flock!

Help me give my students one Finch 2.0 Robot with accessories to expand our flock to four.

My Project

My middle school students are more engaged when they have a say in their learning materials. Providing voice and choice for students requires options. Our computer science classroom is building inventory one robot at a time, to be able to offer a selection of robots and activities.

The Finch 2.0 Robot is designed to grow with students: from icon and block-based coding to advanced text-based programming, it meets the needs of all experience levels.

We currently have three Finch 2.0 robots. Adding one more Finch 2.0 to the flock will move us closer to our goal of five. Learning computer science principles with a robot is hands-on, active, and challenging. In addition to the Finch 2.0, the station rotations also offer Sphero Bolt, Ozobot Evo, Artie 3000, and Artie Max. Our students appreciate the choice of engaging educational materials that allow them to learn coding and computational thinking skills in different ways.
