My Students

I work with the most inspiring and ambitious students. They are a group that strives for excellence in everything they do. They are eager to be involved in any activity that allows them to help build and contribute to the community in which they live in.

I have 130 amazing and hardworking students.

Within my classes there is a range of strength and capabilities. Many of my students are English Language Learners, require learning accommodations, and/or are gifted.

Benjamin Franklin once said, "tell me and I'll forget. Show me I may remember. Involve me and I learn". My students deserve a hands on approach to learning that will prepare them for the future.

My Project

My class is one that focuses on developing soft skills, like public speaking, collaboration, and problem solving. This project is going to look at a variety ecosystems around the world, nationally, and locally. Then, students will create a service project to start within the community.

With these new Google Expeditions VR headsets students will be able to travel all over the world, and be a part of history without ever leaving the classroom.

Allowing my students the ability to have access and gain a hands on experience of the world is priceless. My students have a love of learning, and this will help enrich their understanding of the world in which the live in.
