This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Do you know what an anchor chart is? Anchor charts are posters that are made collaboratively during a lesson. It has examples of ways to solve the problem and provides steps to success for students to refer back to during independent work time. Anchor charts help student develop the skill of working independently and checking their work against a class made exemplar.

It is an anchor for our students and they need you to help provide that anchor of a resource!

Imagine walking into a classroom filled with examples of ways to solve problems. That is what you would be providing for our students! The only way to make anchor charts is having chart paper and an whiteboard easel to make them on. Thank you in advance for supporting our class in creating a classroom environment that encourages using resources and learning.
