My students are so much fun! They constantly amaze me. They are well-behaved and (for the most part) try really hard each day. They can be silly when it is time to be silly and they get to work when it is time to get to work.
They are enthusiastic about school and learning.
They love art and do very well at it. They always get excited about math. I have some very good readers who enjoy reading. Their technological ability always amazes me! They love anything that I plan for them on iPads or laptops. If they could spend all day on their devices, they would! They love using their hands and creating things. They come up with much better ideas about how to build and create things than I ever could.
They are kind kids who really want to do their best. They come from all different backgrounds and get along very well. I feel very fortunate to have the students that I have this year!
My Project
The books and organizing material that I am requesting will help my students grow their love for reading. With all of the emotional, physical, and educational effects of COVID-19, I have noticed a huge shift in my student's attitudes toward reading and school in general.

The books that I am requesting will really interest the specific students that I have this year. I do not have enough books that they are wanting to read and the ones that I do have are not easy to find. Receiving these items will help with both of those issues that we are having!
