This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students would truly benefit from having an iPad in the classroom. This will give them ample opportunities to create and explore many activities and lessons incorporating Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) in the classroom. My students are English Language Learners
who enjoy learning and are eager to explore.
However, due to their low economic status the only opportunity to use technology is at school. Unfortunately, our school resources are limited. With support from Donors they will be given a chance to learn.
My students will be able to work in groups on hands on activities. They will be able to check out the iPad and continue learning at home. The use of an iPad is limitless!
