I am thankful to still be here on the other side of COVID and the pandemic, especially because it taught me so much about how to teach young learners. Many believed that preschoolers could not learn and engage through a computer screen but not only did my students learn and engage, they thrived and had a blast. Young children absolutely love technology and given the tools and knowledge on how to properly use it, it opens their minds up to new ideas and possibilities.
I want to give each of my students their own iPads so they can deepen what they learn in class through technology.
My students love accessing Nearpod lessons, Education.com, ABCya and more, and having their own iPads will help us to maximize our classroom time. Access to valuable resources often makes all the difference in supporting students' learning needs and I know these iPads will open their young minds up to a whole new world of imagination and innovation!
