My Project

As a teacher, I work to provide an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students. However, I recognize the diverse needs of our learners and understand the importance of accommodating these needs to foster their academic and social development. To further enhance learning, I wish to have a horseshoes table for group work and noise-canceling earmuffs to support students with sensory needs.

A horseshoe table would provide a versatile space for group activities, discussions, and cooperative projects.

This table will facilitate interaction among students, promoting teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. With the horseshoes table, students will have a dedicated space where they can engage in hands-on activities, enhancing their learning experiences and fostering a sense of community within the classroom.

Students who is struggled with sensory sensitivities can be triggered by noisy environments, especially in our open-classroom. To address this challenge, these earmuffs will create a quieter and more comfortable learning environment, allowing students to concentrate on their tasks without distractions. By reducing auditory stimuli, students' attention spans, academic performance, and overall well-being will increase.

By accommodating diverse learning styles and sensory preferences, I can create a more inclusive and effective learning environment for all students.
