This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My multilingual learners have overcome amazing obstacles to arrive in the US. They are eager to learn English and thrive in school.
Learning using phonics games will aid their ability to read.
Developing solid, early reading skills is an important indicator for student success during their lifelong education.
We will use these items daily for phonics practice and vocabulary building. My little students will use them independently to practice what they are learning.
Multisensory learning tools use Play. When students immersed in learning activities it helps them grow a love for learning and reading. And... scientific research shows that using varied learning approaches help young learners soar!
