An Earful to Technology

My Students

My students are a diverse group of 4th graders including special education and ELL students. The students range in abilities in my classroom. Our school is a small K-5 public school where all of the children receive a free lunch. Many students do not have access to the tools needed for technology at home.

My Project

This project will allow my students to have their own personal headphones to use throughout the day and at home. The children enjoy using technology in the classroom, however many do not have headphones. These headphones will help the children to focus more on the tasks assigned. In this project, the goal is to provide my students with tools they need to be more successful using technology.

My focus will be on insuring that each child in my class has a personal set of headphones to use on a daily basis.
