An Approach to Building Reading Skills in the Cluster World

Help me give my students basic supplies of pencils, sharpeners and reading material to help their minds flow in all areas of all classes.

My Project

If and when my project is fully funded, I will provide the materials that are needed for my students to succeed as they transition to their next level.

I know exactly where all of the supplies and materials I am requesting for my students will go.

I just need assistance getting everything I need! The large carpet in front of the classroom will be used as a meeting place during sharing time and mini-lessons. Students will need paper, markers, staplers, and other similar supplies to create books.

The crates, cups, and organizing baskets will be arranged on the shelves at the rear of our classroom and will facilitate the seamless operation of the Writer's Workshop on a daily basis. Since abruptly stopping pupils in the middle of their work is not a good practice, I will utilize the timer to let my students know how much time they have left.

Anchor charts that represent the conversations we have during our mini-lessons will be made using the chart paper. Students will have access to lap desks and clipboards so they can work wherever is most comfortable for them.
