My Project
I love watching 5th graders learn and grow in Math! The Apple TV, iPad, and Apple Pencil will enrich the technology that we already have by allowing me, as the facilitator of their learning, to move among them as they work. Currently, my students and I have to stand at the Smartboard, or a document camera, in order to work out problems, take notes, or even engage in games and activities. With the Apple accessories, we will be free to work and move around the room! This freedom with make for a more efficient and effective classroom!
I have a higher-than-normal percentage of students with special needs this year.
One of our special education teachers and I are working together to have these students “push-in” and provide them a more inclusive environment. Having technology that allows us to move freely around the room will benefit students of all ability levels!
