This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I pride myself in my ability to make all things accessible for my special education students. An iPad device would only add to the AT and instructional technology being used. Students with disabilities can download apps that provide visual, auditory and tactile learning opportunities. It can further their access to audio books and files that they can interact with in a user friendly way that the computer will not provide. My students deserve better access to technology and an iPad will only further their abilities. iPads makes it easy for students to continue learning and developing wherever they are. They can explore powerful interactive apps to help them study, create, have fun and get more done.
