This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Having an iPad Pro will open up opportunities for my students as well as for me as their teacher. I will be using the iPad Pro along with several different apps to maximize my students' technology learning experience. Being able to take notes on the iPad and add notes, will also be a way to model strategies and think aloud for students.
It also allows for interaction with text and many types of media.
Having this iPad Pro will allow me to mirror the iPad screen to the computer during virtual instruction and use the iPad as a digital whiteboard with on-screen annotation. I will also be able to use the iPad as a document camera to project various texts for all students to see and engage with the text. The iPad Pro will provide me the tools that I need to meet the diverse learning needs and platforms for all of my students.
