My Project
I am fortunate to have transferred to a wonderful new school as an instructional coach. The staff and students have been so welcoming which has allowed me to settle nicely into my new role.
As an instructional coach, my job is to support the teachers at my school through instructional best practices.
I want to provide a positive coaching experience while effectively support other teachers in professional development, sharing best practices, thus improving instruction. I will use the IPAD to video tape lesson lessons as well as taking notes during walk throughs and meetings. I used an IPAD at my previous school and it proved to be my most important coaching tool. I would like to begin next year with an IPAD to continue supporting staff and students.
