My Project
Studies have shown that students learn better with hands on manipulatives. Some of these items will be used in my ELA centers to help my student gain a foundation of reading skills. The other part of this will be put in a prize box and they will earn this by passing off their letter names and sounds, reading cvc words and by memorizing sight words.
Please help my class gain foundational skills through the hands on manipulatives, and earning prizes for the different skills learned in kindergarten.
Any help you can give is appreciated.
The students love to read using hands on manipulatives
Again I appreciate any support given for these activities and prizes. I look forward to seeing my students use manipulatives to gain a firmer understanding of the basic skills to learn how to become fluent readers. Thank you for your support.
