Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our school is a vibrant place of learning and celebration, but we lack the tools to make our voices heard in large gatherings. This was most evident recently during our Winter Program. Despite excellent performances, a running complaint from families was the inability to clearly hear our student emcees. Whether it’s a morning assembly, a musical performance, or a parent-teacher event, having a reliable sound system would transform our ability to communicate and share experiences.
This project will provide our school with a Portable PA System, ensuring every voice is heard, every song resonates, and every moment is celebrated.
Every student deserves to feel valued and heard. This system will empower our students to express themselves, whether it’s delivering a speech, performing in a play, or leading a song. It will also allow parents and the wider community to fully engage with and support our school events. With the Portable PA System, we can:
• Enhance Assemblies: Ensure every announcement, performance, and cheer is heard clearly by all students, staff, and families.
• Support Performances: Provide professional-quality sound for student musicals, plays, and talent shows.
• Engage Families: Make parent nights, cultural programs, and community events more inclusive and impactful.
This PA system is portable, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor use, and easy to set up in any school location. Its professional-grade sound ensures clarity, even in larger spaces.
This is more than just a PA system; it’s an investment in our school’s ability to come together, celebrate, and grow.
