it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are over-age and under-credited which means they’ve had some sort of disruption to their education and are now giving high school a second chance. They have powerful stories hidden from view! I’d love to launch a podcasting channel for our school in the Bronx. As their English teacher, I’ve trained in how to produce podcasts at NYU. Now, I just need the tools to capture their voices & share them with the world! If you fund our project, we’ll shout you out in our first podcast season!
