Help me give my students some new toys and activities for the classroom. During the pandemic my classroom was closed off for a year and half. Because of this many of their toys and activities were destroyed.

My Students
Our Pre-Kindergarten students are creative, thoughtful and full of questions! They absolutely love hands-on, active, engaging projects and challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions! They come to school each day ready to try new things and take brave chances in order to grow both personally and academically. Truly, they are our inspiration!
Our school is located in West Harlem (Title I District).
Our student population is diverse and include Hispanic, African American, Caucasian, Asian (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian), Biracial, ENL (English as a New Language), IEP (Individualized Education Program) students. Diversity within our school is something we embrace and nurture.
My Project
These materials will be used in our classroom throughout different centers. Studies have shown that children in Pre-K learn through play. Without many of these activities they are missing out on many learning opportunities that could be happening during center time. We follow their lead when they are in centers like Dramtic Play and Art and ask questions for them to start critical thinking. It's amazing how much learning is done at this time. Please help my Pre-K class get back to learning how it was before the pandemic hit.
