This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

All of the resources in this project will assist my students in developing fine motor skills which are key in their development. I teach students ranging in age from 3 to 5 years old all of which have special needs. All of my students struggle with writing tasks because of lacking fine motor skills.

I plan to use the materials in this project with individual students to strengthen their fine motor abilities.

The busy books will allow students to work on readiness skills while building fine motor abilities. Students will be able to work on matching skills as well as letter and number recognition.
