My Students

My first grade classroom consists of bubbly, happy kiddos eager to learn and play. Many of my students have the wiggles and jiggles. Still they all have a passion to soak up new information and grow in their learning of reading, writing and math. They enjoy science and technology as well.

We are in a small rural town with a variety of backgrounds.

My class consist of a diverse group of students learning in many different ways needing many different tools. I look forward to a great year.

My Project

My students will be able to use these Ozobots to do story mapping, stem projects and so much more! The Ozobots are great for differentiation and can reach students at all levels. In the summer I used borrowed Ozobots to create a story map of The Wild Robot. Small groups created a map that represented the story and the ozobot was Roz the robot!

They are fun engaging tools for all students to enhance learning in a fun way!

Story mapping, math solving, science and technology. Coding at this stage is the gateway to the future of technology and to get kids actively involved to understand what is available on a larger scale for them in the future.
