My Project

My Pre-K students love to build and create new things! They especially love building with Lego bricks. Whether it's buildings, cars, animals, or cities, they love building things. The possibilities are endless when you have a big imagination!

Currently, my students do not have a designated area in our classroom where they can play and build with Lego bricks.

Having an activity table will allow my 4 and 5-year-old students to work together to create new Lego creations!

Peer collaboration allows young children a chance to practice many important skills such as: listening, taking turns, sharing, and strengthening their vocabularies.

Lego bricks are also wonderful manipulatives to build strong fine motor skills.
