My Project
A lot of our students come to school without the necessary supplies (including personal items) to be successful. Many female students depend on the teachers to have the necessary feminine products they will need each month. This can cause a financial burden on some teachers. Additionally, not all teachers purchase these items. In the event of an emergency, students may have to seek out a teacher who may have the items or spend time going to the nurse.
My goal for this project is to provide all classrooms with an emergency kit of pads and tampons.
This will allow students to feel supported and not cause teachers to spend any additional money.
