My Project
Every year my population of students change. I have to keep up with the differing needs of my students and that means I need a lot of materials. This year I'm making many of my materials and I want them to last for years to come so I'm laminating and using tons of velcro dots. My students need activities that will foster their language and their pre-reading skills. Reading stories is one way to encourage their love of reading and increase their language. Books that focus on their specific needs that they can practice reading will help improve their decoding skills.
