This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

It has been a while since I graduated college.

There is always something new to learn and I want to be able to provide my students with the most current updated instructional strategies.

By taking this phonics course I will be able to help my struggling readers with new reading strategies. I will be able to learn and share current practices with other teachers and get ideas from them on how to help the students that I am currently working with.

By taking the Daily 5 course, I will be able to help my students engage in different reading activities. This will help my students work on their reading skills and become stronger readers.
