This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Within the school setting, students benefit greatly from accommodations and adaptations to improve academic and functional performance.
Whether the adaptations are for sensory processing, regulation, or handwriting, they are an important aspect to school-based practice.
By providing students with these adaptations, staff can assist in maximizing student potential and can better meet their needs.
Students in the general education setting and special education programs can benefit greatly from these accommodations. Every student has unique learning needs, and the goal of this project is to provide students with the tools for success.
