Help me give my students some different seating options. My kindergarten students will benefit from being able to choose a seating option that helps them stay focused and learn.

My Project

I want to give my students opportunity to choose the kind of chair/seating arrangement that fits their style best. I want to give them some comfortable options to sitting on the floor or some little chairs for sitting in the chair as some of her bodies are very wiggly at this age. I know not all students learn the same so I want to give them options and a voice and choice in their learning.

I will have the seating options available throughout the classroom where the students can easily access them and return them to their spots when they’re finished.

This will help them to feel empowered in their learning. I feel that these different options will give them opportunities to wiggle yet stay focused on on their learning.
