Help me give my students a portable ice maker and allergy-friendly snacks. Safe food choices ensure that I am able to meet the needs of all my students.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students often need a little help to make it through the school day. When hunger and thirst strike, they visit the school clinic first. I want to have safe and healthy choices for them when they visit. It is also essential that I ensure all of our students who experience food allergies have options when visiting the clinic.
Student hydration is also very important, and I encourage water intake during each visit.
