This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
If you enter my classroom, you will first notice its diversity. We have so many different backgrounds and world views it is impossible to have a dull day with us!
Because of our diversity, we love having shared learning experiences during our rug time.
We use dry-erase boards and markers to practice math, Spanish, Science, spelling, and writing and have fun. However, these can get messy and disruptive since markers dry out or write in places they shouldn't. Then after a while, the boards start getting stained.
Access to LCD boards will minimize these issues and keep students engaged (and clean).
