Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My awesome middle school students are fun, creative and eager to learn! They love creating different projects to show what they have learned in our history class. They draw posters, create timelines and write graphic novels in order to show what they know.
Since many of my students are not able to purchase their own supplies, I want to be able to give them the opporitunity to have a variety of art supplies handy for them to use on their projects.
I am asking for some markers and colored pencils for my students to use in our history class. The supplies we are using this year are running low and won't be able to be used next year. I am hoping this project will be funded so my kids can continue to be creative in class. Thank you for your consideration.
