This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Using an iPad Mini in my classroom will allow me to efficiently record data and track student progress in real-time. I can quickly input assessment results, behavior observations, and anecdotal notes during lessons or small group activities, ensuring that no valuable insights are lost. Apps like Google Sheets, ClassDojo, or Seesaw enable me to organize and analyze student data, identify trends, and tailor interventions based on individual needs. Having this portable technology at my fingertips allows for more immediate, accurate documentation and helps me stay organized and responsive to my students’ academic and behavioral development.

In addition to data collection, I will use the iPad Mini to plan and enhance lessons with greater flexibility and creativity.

With access to digital resources, educational apps, and cloud-based planning tools, I can design engaging lessons that are differentiated and culturally relevant to my students’ needs. I can also quickly adjust plans based on real-time student performance data, ensuring that instruction is always aligned with their learning goals. Whether it's finding interactive activities, incorporating multimedia content, or managing lesson pacing, the iPad Mini will support me in creating dynamic, student-centered instruction that promotes success for every learner.
