My Project
Students learn best by being active, hands-on learners. For our students, math is a real struggle and having manipulatives that offer hands-on opportunities to see, feel and manipulate the numbers will help them learn basic math concepts.
As a math interventionist, my goal is for students to gain a conceptual understanding of math and number sense.
Manipulatives make learning fun and enjoyable. They will create interest, motivation, and excitement about math.
The best way to increase math ability is to use intervention time with these manipulatives to help our students grow stronger in math. With your support, our young learner will have the math manipulatives they need to be successful!
