Help me give my students hands on ways to practice weekly reading patterns.
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. W.'s classroom raised $212

My Students
I teach an amazing group of culturally and racially diverse 6-year-olds. My classroom is in a Title I building in Historic Sandy, UT. My students are divided into two academic ability groupings. I've got 50% below grade level and 50% on or above grade level in reading and math.
I am one lucky pseudo mama of twenty-four students that have the opportunity to learn in-person.
We just need a little refresh for our classroom.
My Project
This project will give students some interactive ways to practice weekly spelling and reading patterns. We are bored of paper and pencil. We need to jazz up our practice so students are excited and willing to practice words everyday in independent stations. By practicing these words regularly on the doodle board or with the ABC pop it, students can master letter names and sounds, spell out words and become fluent at reading these words. Pop its are such a big item right now, I couldn't think of a better way to use them.
More than half of students from low‑income households
