This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students live in an extremely low-economic area. They lack the necessary resources to bridge the achievement gap. My students are eager to learn. My students struggle with reading, writing, and math. They come to class and depend on me to teach them the necessary skills to be career-ready. These batteries will aid me in helping them build a successful future. Providing my students with access to resources and devices gives them opportunities to be college and career ready. Students will have working and ready to use devices because batteries will provide continuous availability. I will also have healthy snacks available making the day more joyful.
