it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In our community, students’ families have a hard time making ends meet. This is why school supplies are definitely not a priority when they are more concerned with putting food on the table.
Basic needs such as color pencils, glue sticks, and markers give students confidence and encouragement to complete their work to the best of their ability.
These supplies bring projects and assignments to life, boosting self-esteem and confidence. I ask that you help my students learn and demonstrate their knowledge with pride. Small things go a long way for my students.
