My Project
Students currently use shared school supplies at their tables. I would love to try to encourage some more responsibility with my first graders by having them each have their own supply box to keep track of their own supplies. Each day, they will have to be sure that they have the materials that they need kept safe in their box.
These bins, trays, and organizers will allow my students to more easily keep track of their school supplies and their paperwork.
We need an easier system for students to file away their finished work that they can then bring home to share with their families. The trays will be used to organize our writing center and will hold various writing paper types for students to choose from as they write.
Overall, I am looking for ways to help our first grade classroom run even smoother by providing better organization opportunities!
